Jim was excellent. I was nervous and not very knowledgeable about real estate. I knew I needed someone I could trust. He was patient and through. he spent time with me and answered all my questions. He returned my calls in a timely manner. And as a courtesy he helped me find another agent in a different state where i sold land. I couldn't believe it was so simple for me. I absolutely recommend him. He's not only a great real estate agent but a genuinely nice person.
